Best Friends Animal Rescue

  We are 4 ladies who strive to do everything possible to help the homeless and abandoned animals in our community. We have a heart and a passion to see that these rescues find a forever home in a loving, caring family. We have worked with and for other rescues before filling a need in our community and starting Best Friends Animal Rescue. Two of us have previously served on the board of our local humane society. We all love animals and care about their welfare.

  Best Friends Animal Rescue is a non-profit volunteer dog rescue organization. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs left homeless for these reasons :

• Dogs in public shelters where they are at high risk of euthanasia due to pet overpopulation.

• Dogs owner surrendered due to difficult circumstances.

We place dogs in loving, responsible homes following a comprehensive adoption process. Animals in our care are spayed / neutered, receive all appropriate veterinary care and placed in nurturing foster homes until they are placed in their permanent homes.
